News from the Orange Water and Sewer Authority
Work for the East Main Street Sewer Rehabilitation Project is scheduled to restart at 8 p.m. Friday (March 18) and continue through 6 a.m. Monday (March 21).
One lane of East Main Street will remain open throughout the weekend from Lloyd Street through the intersection with Rosemary Street to serve both directions of traffic. Flaggers will be on site to allow traffic flow through the area. Rosemary Street will be closed to through traffic approaching East Main Street, and a detour will be established using Merritt Mill Road.
Please keep in mind that while this work is going on, the local businesses will be open along East Main Street. Sidewalk and parking lot access is expected to be open throughout the project. Thank you for your patience while this critical infrastructure investment is completed!
