Administrative offices will be closed on Thursday, January 18.

With the amount of snowfall and length of the storm, public works crews are focused on primary roads. Sidewalk clearing and treatment has been delayed as a result. Snow removal and surface treatment operations will continue through the night on roadways. Sidewalk clearing and treatment will begin tomorrow.

Residents are advised to stay inside as the storm dumped as much as eight inches on the county, more in some places. Many secondary roads are impassable, and Orange County Emergency Services reports that emergency vehicles are experiencing difficulty traversing the roads.
