CONTINUATION OF INTERVIEWS WITH DESIGN TEAM RESPONDENTS TO TOWN REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR 203 S. GREENSBORO:
The purpose of this item was to provide the Board with a second opportunity to meet with and interview two firms that responded to the Town’s request for qualifications for professional architectural/engineering services and to consider directing the Town Manager to begin negotiations with a selected firm.  The Board of Aldermen asked each firm a set of questions. Afterwards, the Board discussed their opinions regarding the selection of the firm.  After discussion and deliberation, it was decided to continue the discussion of this item during the March 13, 2017 meeting to allow the Board time to review the meeting video.
